Last updated: October 20, 2026. These terms describe how Lebanon Plumbing Pros ("we", "us") provides plumbing services in Lebanon, PA and Lebanon County. By booking a service, you agree to them.

Services and scheduling

We provide residential plumbing services including emergency repairs, drain cleaning, sewer line work, water heater services, repiping, sump pumps, and water treatment across our published service area. We answer calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Appointment windows are estimates made in good faith; if a prior emergency delays us, we will call you before your window closes.

Estimates and pricing

Every job is diagnosed first, then quoted at a flat rate for your approval before work begins. The approved figure is the price for the work described; no additional work is performed — or charged — without your approval. Price ranges published on this website are local market context to help you plan, not quotes for your specific job. Written estimates are available in English or Spanish.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless a written arrangement says otherwise. Landlord and property-manager accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Unpaid balances may accrue reasonable collection costs as permitted by Pennsylvania law.

Our guarantee

If a repair we performed fails in normal use, contact us and we will return to make it right. The specific guarantee covering your job is written on your invoice and forms part of this agreement. The guarantee covers our workmanship and the parts we supplied and installed; it does not cover pre-existing conditions elsewhere in your system, misuse, or work performed by others after us.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, including access to your main water shutoff where relevant, and tell us about known hazards or previous repairs. You are responsible for moving valuables and fragile items away from the work area before we arrive.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment by phone at any time before our arrival. If our technician is already on site, the visit proceeds under the estimate process above — you approve any work, and its price, before it is done.

Liability

We are fully insured. To the extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, our liability arising from a service visit is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pennsylvania law.
